Can I install WordPress and set up a website before hosting is paid?

How much does GoMahalo cost?

Sign up for free. No catches. Hosting starts at $15/month per website. Each new website has a free 7 day hosting trial. Allow your clients to pay for hosting or pay yourself.

What is included with the hosting plan? Do you offer multiple plans?

We offer $15/month and $30/month hosting plans per website. These plans include everything a website needs:

$15/month: 5,000 monthly visits, 5GB diskspace and 250GB bandwidth.
$30/month: 25,000 monthly visits, 10GB diskspace and 500GB bandwidth.

Hosting is blazing fast, secure and comes with 24/7 support, automatic backups and SFTP access.

How does billing work? How do my clients pay for hosting?

Easily send a GoMahalo hosting bill to your client. Your client can pay for hosting with a credit card and will be billed automatically every 30 days. Alternatively, you can pay for hosting yourself.

How do my clients cancel their monthly hosting payment?

What happens when hosting is canceled?

If your client cancels hosting the website will continue to be live on the web and hosting will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. The website will be automatically unlaunched from the web after the monthly billing cycle ends.

If I choose to pay for hosting can I switch to having my client pay (or vice versa) at a later date?

Yes. From your Websites dashboard open the Actions menu and choose the option "Hosting". Then click "Edit" for the Paid By option and follow the steps.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless you experience a significant problem that was out of your hands. If you do, please contact us and we'll work it out.
